Carousel Note
In keeping with Late night stampers circle challenge this week I have another card for you. This card uses Carousel notes and anew techniques I saw on several blogs I decided to jump on the band wagon and try my hand at it is was so easy. This technique originated with Crystal French from Denver, and was demo'd at the Stampin' Up! Seattle Regional Seminar by Connie Ingram.
