Card for a freind!

I made this card for a friend and liked it so much we made this card for this month's stamp ten group! It is so easy to make with the wonderful Sale-A-bration punch and our new clear mounted stamps!

Supplies

Stamps Vintage Vogue
Paper Old Olive, Rose Red, Whisper White
Ink Old Olive, Rose Red, Bravo Burgundy
Accessories Stamping Dimensionals, filigree flower and ice brads, Old Olive, Rose Red stampin write markers, Daubers, pretty in pink ribbon.

To make the flower I cut 2 of the larger flower and one of the smaller flower. Using a dauber I colored the edges of each flower petal with Bravo Burgundy ink. then layered each flower and turned them so you could see all petals. Last step was to curl each petal and insert brad. and add a dimensional to lift the flower. If you are interested in Sale-A-bration items all you need is to order $50.00 worth of stamping merchandise click here to shop now click on the shop now button in the upper right had to place your order and begin the Sale-A-bration! Casing What is it?

Some of you have asked what the term Case means. Case means to "copy and share everything" I have copied a great article from my Stampin’Up magazine.

We hate to disagree with your mom, but here we go: Sometimes it’s OK to copy. A case in point? CASEing. You might already be familiar with the term CASE. There are several definitions, but we like this one because it best embodies our Statement of the Heart: Copy And Share Everything. Let’s face it: if we had to always rely solely on our own ideas, most of us would have just a few cards or pages to show for hours of work. Occasionally, we all get inspiration from someone else’s creations, and that’s a good thing. Here’s why. CASE ing can save you time. Instead of trying to coax ideas from your head, you can just flip through a magazine or browse a web site until you find something you love. (Yes, it’s fun to come up with your own original idea, but sometimes you don’t have the time, or you just don’t trust your own creative instincts.) When you find a project you love, you can re-create it exactly as it is, or you can customize it. CASE ing is creative. How many times have you looked at a sample and thought, “I like the layout but not the colors”? There’s no rule that says you have to CASE a project exactly as it is. Play around with it. Change the colors. Add or remove accents. Use a different stamp image or pop up accents with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The original project is just a jumping-off point for you—let your creativity shine as you make the project uniquely yours. It’s easy to find ideas to CASE. You don’t have to look hard to find ideas. “Imitation is the sincerest flattery.” C. C. Colton that we’ve received from demonstrators). You’re sure to find something you want to CASE. Here’s something else your mom told you, and we’re not going to contradict her this time: It’s good to share. Sometimes you’ll be the one CASEing a project, and sometimes you’ll be the one who creates an original project to share so others can CASE it. Either way, you’ll be part of a creative cycle that benefits everyone. So go ahead—CASE away!

So with that I would like to share a card that I cased!

This card comes from Jackie Topia.

Supplies

Stamps New Vintage Vogue Clear mount stamps
Ink Rich Razzelberry, Old Olive
Paper Rich Razzelberry, Whisper White

This card was a snap with our new clear mount stamps! Stampin up Is now selling clear mount stamps. In doing so Stampin 'Up is combing the best of both the wood mounted and clear mounted options. Let me explain.

Over the past few years, there has been enormous demand from demonstrators and customers alike for a line of re-positionable clear-mount rubber stamps. Well, you asked for it, and now you have it! Starting with stamps in the 2010 Occasions Mini Catalog and the 2010 Sale-A-Bration Brochure, Stampin' Up! now offers our exclusive stamp art in both traditional wood-mount, and the new clear-mount option.

Our new clear-mount rubber stamps are the result of extensive research with the intent to maintain the very best image quality in the stamping industry, while at the same time offering the ease-of-use and storability inherent in repositionable clear-mount rubber stamps.

Clear-Mount Rubber Stamp Features

  • Nine different sizes of clear blocks available individually or as a discounted bundle.
  • Blocks have ergonomic grooves on all four sides for easy grip and traditional wood-mount feel.
  • Stamps and blocks are durable and easy to clean with your Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist.

  • Tight die-cutting for easy image positioning.
  • Large clear blocks can be used to create collages or spell words with alphabet sets.
