Well you asked for it!

Several folks who received these candles for Christmas asked for instructions so here they are! This is my first tutorial!

What a wonderful Christmas I have had! I received so many wonderful gifts among them a cuttlebug embossing machine. I have been drooling over one since I saw many wonderful cards made with the machine. Tomorrow I go out in search of the elusive folders that are part of the process. Hope Michael's has some or I may need to order over the internet prolonging the wait!!

I am so excited today I received word that I was picked the winner of Erika Martin's blog contest. So I will pay it forward and create my own New Years giveaway! I have a Night of Navy stamp Pad to give away! To enter follow instructions below.

To enter this drawing please do one of the following:

1) Leave a comment on this post regarding the candle tutorial!
2) Sign up for my E- mail list. To do so please E-mail me at this address. vkillmore@tully.k12.ny.us

Make sure to check back for the winner on New Years day ;-)

Thanks Virginia

Love the new tutorial! I've never had luck with candles, so I'll have to try it out with your technique! Thanks for sharing!

(I already have the Night of Navy ink pad, so please don't enter me in the drawing.....I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful job you've done.)

Wow...Just Beautiful. Read your tutorial. Sounds easy enough even for me. The last candles I tried had drip marks running down the sides. What a mess. I'll let you know how mine come out.

I love the white trees on the blue background on your candles. I have only tried a few candles and have kept them very simple. Your tutorial has given me the incentive to try something a little more complicated on mine. Thanks for sharing.

Your instuctions are very easy to follow. Thanks for sharing them. I always say that I'm not very creative but I am an EXCELLENT copier of other people's creativity! :)
