Imagine
“Lovely as a Tree” is one of my all time favorite sets. I seem to always be finding ways to use this set. I was inspired by a card I saw on splitcoaststampers and I wanted to share it with you. The green reminds me of spring!
Papers
very vanilla 4 x 5 ¼ and 2 x 1 ¾
always artichoke 2 ½ X 3 and 4 ¼ X 5 ½
certainly celery 2 ¼ X 2
Inks
old olive ink
Stamps
Lovely as a Tree
Itty Bitty Backgrounds
Accessories
Gold Cord
Sponge Daubers
To make this card I stamped the oak tree using old olive ink on the small very vanilla paper. I also stamped on a larger very vanilla card stock with old olive ink and the leaf stamps from this set. I then used Itty Bitty Backgrounds to add to the background of both images. Lastly I used Sponge Daubers to darken and age the very vanilla card stock
I use everyday flexible phrase to stamp imaging in the lower right hand corner. And wrapped Gold Cord around the always artichoke, I then assembled the card using double sided adhesive.
