Frames Again






Pam Mead is creator of these frames. Two very different frames but both have a wonderful sense of color. She took to this watercolor technique like a pro! Her concentration and intensity is shown here by her masterful command of this technique. I think she is ready to become a Stampin'up demonstrator. Pam was so helpful to others around her!
