My favorite color combo!

Image
Wow I made this card a few weeks ago and have not been able to post it. I love the color combination. Basic Gray and Cameo Coral. I used a technique called stamping off. This technique gives you a softer stamped image and is great for using with the sanded background stamp. I also love the illuminations set and I am so happy it is not on the retired list . I hope it is in the catalog. I used my ticket punch to create the corners of this card, and the slit punch with out the guard to create the scallop border . Supplies Ink Going Gray , Basic black Paper Cameo Coral, Basic gray, Very Vanilla Stamps Sanded, Illuminations , Tres Chic Accessories Gray taffeta ribbon, piercing tool, glitter, stampin dimensional thanks for looking Virginia

Fresh Cuts are Here!

Wow this month's special is so cool! If you purchase the fresh cuts stamp set you get the note cards for five dollars! You can see below two cards that I made in less than 5 minutes! The note cards are pre-punched with a flower pattern that creates a wonderful window to add a coordinating color. I love them and can make a card in nothing flat! The first note uses Purely pomegranate ink and a 3X3 piece of purely Pomegranate paper. The paper goes inside the card and acts as an accent. I also used a felt flower from the flower fusion kit and a purely pomegranate brad. Adda simple striped ribbon and viola a quick card. Card number 2 was using soft sky ink and paper. This time I stamped on the card stock before putting it behind the cutout. So quick and easy. if you are interested in this set you can contact me at vkillmore@tully.k12.ny.us or at 315-727-7288.
