A Winter Scrapbook Page.
This is the project we did this month at the Syracuse monthly stamp ten. This group loves to stamp and they always amaze me with their interest in stamping. This page was inspired by some one else's blog but as always happens I can't remember where I found it Duh! So this is not my design but some wonderful stamper on the internet! Anyways I have not had a chance to to use the peace love and cheer die so this project was perfect for it.
Supplies
Paper - Real Red, Baha Breeze, Whisper White, Ski Slope Designer Series Paper
Stamps - Snow swirled, snow burst
Ink - Whisper white craft, Real Red
Accessories - Snowflakes 1&2, Peace Joy Love Cheer Dies, Small star and big star, and circle punches, Stampin Dimensional, dauber, Tombow Adhesive
I love Stampin ups tombow Adhesive. It works great when trying to glue Designer Series paper to any surface. In addition if you apply the adhesive to any surface and let it dry it becomes repositionable! It works great to make stencils out of whats leftover from a die cut. So start by putting tombow on left over die cut stencil from the small and large snowflakes, let dry. then using a dauber with whisper white craft ink stencil random snow flakes all over Real Red 12x12 card stock.
Cut a 4" strip of ski slope designer series paper adhere to bottom of real red card stock
Cut Peace Joy Love Cheer Die from a 2" Real red Card stock and adhere to DSP using Tombow. Cut whisper white and Baha breeze rectangles for images in the center of the page. Here's a Tip if you want a perfect frame cut first rectangle and the second rectangle should be 1/4 inch smaller. So if you had a 3x 5 in rectangle the smaller one would be 2 3/4 X 4 3/4.
Stamp using Real Red ink on Whisper White card stock using assorted stamps from Snow Swirled, Snow Burst stamp sets.
Cut out using Small and Large Star, and circle punches. Scatter and adhere using tombow and stampin Dimensionals. Do the same with some small snowflake die cuts. Add images and Enjoy Hope you had a wonderful Christmas Thanks for looking Virginia
