Scrapbooking Page for National Scrap Booking Month!

Well I had to have a page for national scrap booking Month! This page features circles created with my new circle scissors plus! What a great tool! I can make any size circle I want. It is such a nice way to create a page. With a simply scraping kit and my circle scissors plus it was a snap to make this page. Don't forget all the specials this week check them out here
