Dress with an Apron.

I love how velum looks like on top of designer series paper. So I thought how nice it would be to create an Apron on top of a dress. So here is my card.

Ink Rich Razzelberry
Stamps Vintage Vogue, Oval all
Accessories Richrazzel berry polka dot ribbon, Lots of Dots embossing folder, Sale-a-bration scallop punch, scallop medium oval punches, trio flower punch.
