Happy New Year to you and your loved ones thanks for visiting my website! Here are some of the gifts I made this year. The candles are so easy and seem to always make a hit. If you want to know how to make one here is a great tutorial from Splitcoaststampers . The boxes were wrapped and I used a crimper to make the middle section. My favorite part was making the leaves you run a folded section of always artichoke paper through a crimper and then cut a leaf out. when you open it the leaf has a natural vein running through the middle. Supplies Paper Groovy guava, Ruby red, whisper white, Ginger Blossom Stamps- Embrace Life, short and sweet Ink- Chocolate chip, Ruby Red Accessories- Groovy guava ribbon, Pastels, Blender pen, Oval punches small and large, rounder corner punch Card Start by cutting paper and rounding the corners of the two top layers. Stamp ginger blossoms with chocolate chip ink. Using the blender pen and pastels color in ginger blossoms. Using the ruby red and the leaf stamp from the ginger blossoms stamp all over the ruby red background and smaller piece. Assemble card. before attaching top layers cut a section of ribbon that will just wrap around section. also cut a section that is smaller. Christmas and being sick got in the way of stamping! Sorry I have been so busy! today I finally get a chance to relax and enjoy the family. the computer bug has not just hit me my two sons are also on their laptops! Matchbook Candy Holder

I saw this project at a downline meeting. My Upline Laura Currie gave me a pattern and I went home and played! these are so easy to make. Directions Here are the directions. Cut the card stock at 2 1/2 by 9 5/8. Score at 3", 3 3/8", 6 3/8", and 6 3/4". Punch bottom portion with scallop circle punch, fold up glue and decorate the front. Tie a bit of ribbon at the bottom so you can close the card.
